What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and various local e-wallets and bank transfers.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?
Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
